i saw the stats showed my sale ( electracash 3036369 signup 18 jul 2004 ) was still active , and rebill 's detail showed up in each month (untill 18 oct 2004), but now it is removed out and end up with no rebill , what did you do with my sale? i am being wondering , please explain me .
i ever had almost 10 eletracash sales , and i saw the stats showed some of them active for many months , but no rebill showed up ,i noticed ab staff to check them , finally i never got rebill of them at all , incredible !
now i start to hate electracash a lot . site ID 14827 :evil:

Hi, I have checked your account and the customer's account you have mentioned. The customer you referenced is still active and with electracash. I noticed that only the initial signup seems to be recognized in your webmaster's account. Therefore I have forwarded this matter to our financial department for their assistance.

ok thank you , i will wait to see money added into my account , and please add it's rebill of each month in my webmaster lounge
for easiness to verify it also , hopefully it will be counted to pay me at my next payment ( 11/08/2004) .

I have just checked my stats , electracash 1758844 ,a member signed up since last year (2003) , and i remembered i never got any sales revoked in year 2003 ,i got only revoked the sales from unipay in 2004 , now my stats shows up ,electracash 1758844 is revoked on Oct 10 2004 .
Are you joking me ?

Hi, sorry I guess you haven't heard anything yet.
I reminded the concerned department to have a look into this.

Some reason ElectraCash accounts were not rebilling so this is why it only showed up once. We have ceased used EC because we just came to realize there has been 2800 (accrued since we first started using them) accounts given access to AB since June of last year for free.
This is why you will see some members disappear from your member account out of the blue while we clean it up.
They have been replaced by another check processor which has better approval/rebill rates.

Ummm , for electracash 3036369 (signup 18 jul 2004 ) , i see it is still active now , that means In the past this member paid you for rebills every month truly, so i think i can still get sharing money from his rebills ,,,, right ?

Mate, Rob explained the situation. EC was giving access, but not rebilling. Your Member only got charged once. You got paid for that one signup. AB are now in the process of cleaning up the accounts which have access, but are not being rebilled.
