It seems our support system was not working properly and this resulted in tickets not being sent.
I imagine this has been happening for days now.

It should be working now. Once you submit a ticket you will receive a ticket # to go by.
Boy do i feel stupid. Its no wonder people were complaining that tickets went unanswered.
